Docking Study on Artocarpus altilis Potential as Lung Anticancer Candidate
Abstract
Breadfruit leaf (Artocarpus altilis) is a traditional medicine that has long been used to treat various diseases. Several compounds that have been known to inhibit cancer growth contained in breadfruit leaves are flavonoid compounds, namely, artonin E, isocyclomorusin, cycloaltilisin 7, cyclomorusin, cycloaltilisin, cyclomulberrin, isocyclomulberrin, quercetin, cyclommunal, artocarpin, morusin. In this study, an in silico test was conducted on breadfruit leaves as a candidate for lung cancer. From these 11 compounds, Artocarpin was obtained with the lowest binding affinity value of -9.24 kcal/mol
