Uji Insilico Test Cytotoxic Activity And Toxiticity Of Kaempferide For Anticancer Drugs

Denis Pajriati

Abstract

Cancer is the body's cells that experience abnormal growth. Currently, there are many treatments for cancer, both non-metastatic and non-metastatic cancer. One of the treatments used for cancer is Kempferide which is derived from the galangal plant. This kaempferide has cytotoxic activity of flavonoid compounds in galangal. The receptor used in this study is VEGFR2. The results obtained by VEGFR2 have a bond-free energy value of -12.18 then the results of the Drug scan screening of drug molecules produced meet the requirements of Lipnski's rule of five.
