Analisis Berita Hoax Vaksin COVID-19 : Literature Review

Abstract


In the Covid-19 vaccination program as an effort to prevent the spread of COVID-19, there are lots of hoax news circulating so that many people are afraid to vaccinate because they think that the Covid-19 vaccine is dangerous. This study aims to analyze the kinds of hoax news about the Covid-19 vaccination circulating and their effect on public perception. The study was conducted using a literature review method using data sources derived from journal articles obtained through Google Scholar, NCBI, and data sources obtained from social media through the https://covid19.go.id/p/hoax-buster site. Search by keywords Hoax and Covid-19 Vaccine. The data obtained were made in tabular form and analyzed. Based on the results of the review, 47 articles were obtained that discussed the Covid-19 vaccine hoax and 17 findings from the website. Of the 47 articles that have been analyzed, the hoax news that spreads the most in the community is about side effects after the Covid-19 vaccination, the halalness of the Covid-19 vaccine according to religion and the manufacture of a short Covid-19 vaccine. Hoax news circulating about the Covid-19 vaccine is of the type of misleading content. The circulation of hoax news regarding the Covid-19 vaccination greatly affects the public's perception of carrying out the Covid-19 vaccine so that there are still many people who have not vaccinated.
