Abstract

Introduction: The use of nutraceutical nutrition in society continues to increase, interest in the use of nutraceuticals worldwide has experienced significant development, estimated to reach 250 billion USD in 2018. Satisfaction in the use of nutraceutical nutrition has a significant role in increasing public trust in using nutraceuticals for prevention and treatment of various diseases. Holistic Hospital (RS) in Purwakarta predominantly uses nutraceutical nutrition in treating its patients, so it is important to conduct research to determine the level of patient satisfaction. Objective: To determine the level of patient satisfaction of nutraceutical nutrition users at Holistic Hospital Purwakarta. Method: A quantitative descriptive method was used through interviews and distribution of patient satisfaction questionnaires to 90 samples of patients at Holistic Hospital Purwakarta. Results: Patients with the majority of State Civil Apparatus (ASN) and private employees, with a range of 2-5 visits to the Holistic Purwakarta Hospital, with various complaints including diabetes, high cholesterol levels, arteoarthritis and hypertension, several nutraceutical nutrients used, namely EPA Fish oil, omega XL, osteo bi flex, pryflex, lecithin and aminomine, have a level of satisfaction with an average value of 4.18 seen from the dimensions of tangible, empathy, reliability, responsiveness and assurance. Conclusion: Patients using nutraceutical nutrition at the Holistic Hospital are satisfied with the nutraceutical nutrition used.
