Herbal tea has become a popular beverage among the community due to its health benefits, primarily its antioxidant properties. Butterfly pea flower (Clitoria ternatea L.) is known to enhance the immune system through its content of anthocyanins, flavonoids, and phenolic compounds, which act as antioxidants. This socialization program aims to provide education on how to make herbal tea from butterfly pea flower, ginger, lemongrass, and lemon, including proper methods for sourcing and processing the ingredients. The methods used include socialization sessions, hands- on practice, and evaluations through pretest and posttest questionnaires. The results, based on a T-test statistical analysis, showed a significant p-value of 0.000, indicating a substantial improvement in the average understanding of participants before and after the program. This demonstrates that education about the benefits of butterfly pea flower herbal tea as a health drink effectively enhances community knowledge in maintaining their immune system.
