The aim of this community service, which carries the title Socialization of Excellent Service for Nurses at RSU Prasetya Bunda Tasikmalaya, is to help the Hospital facing challenges including increasingly higher customer demands, hospital accreditation, increasingly smarter customers, BPJS health policies and regulations, and increasingly creative competitors. In responding to these challenges, what can be done by all parties involved in the service, especially nurses is to provide excellent service. Excellent service itself is defined as "service that not only meets the needs and expectations of patients but can also exceed them on an ongoing basis". Nurses are given an understanding regarding customers. Apart from that, it is necessary to set service standard for nursing staff, such as appearance standards, work area standards, and workflow or service delivery standards. Providing information about Excellent Service can become a reference and uniqueness in providing services.
