Abstract

The development of digital technology has brought significant changes to the business world, including for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). One of the most striking changes is the role of social media as an effective and efficient marketing tool. However, even though the potential offered is enormous, there are still many MSMEs who do not fully understand how to utilize social media optimally. Low digital literacy, limited resources, and lack of a structured marketing strategy are the main obstacles. The main aim of this webinar is to increase digital literacy, provide practical guidance in managing social media accounts effectively, and help participants understand how to create content that is interesting and appropriate to the target market. A total of 22 people who live in West Java and are aged 19 - 26 years took part in this activity, and they were equipped with in-depth knowledge about social media marketing for MSMEs through presentations, discussions, and question-and-
answer sessions. Evaluation is carried out by filling in the post-test and analyzing obstacles in implementing social media marketing. This webinar activity succeeded in increasing participants' understanding of the importance of marketing strategies via social media for MSMEs. Participants gain new insight into the importance of social media for the business world, creating interesting content, using social media platforms and content effectively for the MSME audience. With these results, it is hoped that participants will understand the importance of digital marketing strategies and implement social media marketing techniques to improve their business development.
