POSITIVE AFFIRMATION & SELF-CARE UNTUK PENGUATAN WELL-BEING MAHASISWA DI ERA DIGITAL
Abstract
Kesejahteraan psikologis mahasiswa di era digital perlu diperkuat karena tingginya tekanan akademik dan overstimulasi digital. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini memperkenalkan positive affirmation dan self-care sebagai strategi promotif untuk meningkatkan regulasi emosi dan keseimbangan mental. Intervensi mencakup psychoeducation, refleksi diri terarah, latihan afirmasi, dan diskusi aplikatif. Sebanyak 70 mahasiswa terlibat dan menyelesaikan instrumen evaluasi yang mencakup tiga domain: tekanan akademik, praktik afirmasi & self-care, serta psychological well-being. Hasil deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa tekanan akademik berada pada kategori sedang–tinggi (mean 3,78 ± 0,41), sedangkan afirmasi & self-care (mean 3,41 ± 0,38) dan psychological wellbeing (mean 3,56 ± 0,43) berada pada kategori sedang. Korelasi Pearson sebesar r = 0,64 menunjukkan hubungan positif yang kuat antara afirmasi & self-care dan psychological well-being. Refleksi naratif mendukung pola tersebut melalui peningkatan self-awareness, reframing kegagalan, dan komitmen terhadap rutinitas self-care sederhana (digital detox, journaling). Intervensi berbasis afirmasi dan self-care ini dapat direkomendasikan sebagai pendekatan promotif-preventif yang feasible untuk memperkuat resiliensi mental mahasiswa di era digital.
