Abstract

Transformasi digital telah menjadikan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit (SIMRS) sebagai tulang punggung strategis dalam ekosistem pelayanan kesehatan, namun implementasi teknologi ini sering terkendala oleh pemahaman yang terkotak-kotak (siloed) dan kurangnya kolaborasi antar profesi. Tujuan: Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan untuk menjembatani kesenjangan pengetahuan tersebut dan memantik gagasan kolaborasi lintas disiplin antara mahasiswa vokasi dan akademik mengenai peran strategis SIMRS. Metode: Pelaksanaan kegiatan  menggunakan metode sosialisasi dan demonstrasi langsung (live demonstration) aplikasi SIMRS Universitas BTH secara daring melalui Zoom Meeting. Partisipan terdiri dari 110 mahasiswa S1 tingkat akhir yang dipilih secara acak. Efektivitas kegiatan diukur menggunakan desain kuantitatif one-group pre-test post-test. Hasil: Analisis data menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman yang signifikan, dengan skor rata-rata peserta meningkat dari 83,76 pada pre-test menjadi 94,27 pada post-test. Selain itu,  5% peserta berhasil mencapai skor sempurna (100) pasca-intervensi, dan pemahaman tinggi ini terdistribusi merata baik pada mahasiswa rumpun kesehatan maupun non-kesehatan. Simpulan: Metode sosialisasi yang dikombinasikan dengan demonstrasi aplikasi terbukti efektif dalam membangun pemahaman bersama (common ground) yang esensial untuk mendukung inisiatif penelitian dan kolaborasi teknologi kesehatan di masa depan
