Abstract

Tuberkulosis Resistan Obat (TB-RO) memerlukan terapi jangka panjang dengan kombinasi obat yang kompleks sehingga berisiko menimbulkan Drug-Related Problems (DRPs). Kompleksitas regimen pengobatan serta adanya penggunaan obat komorbiditas dapat memengaruhi keamanan dan efektivitas terapi. Oleh karena itu, analisis DRPs pada pasien TB-RO penting dilakukan untuk meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kesehatan. Tujuan: untuk menganalisis kejadian Drug-Related Problems (DRPs) pada pasien TB-RO di RSUD KHZ Musthafa, Kabupaten Tasikmalaya, periode Januari–Desember tahun 2024. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan studi deskriptif observasional dengan pengambilan data secara retrospektif dari rekam medis pasien. Analisis DRPs dilakukan menggunakan metode Pharmaceutical Care Network Europe (PCNE) V9.1. Hasil: Mayoritas pasien TB-RO di RSUD KHZ Musthafa Kabupaten Tasikmalaya tahun 2024 adalah laki-laki (61,9%) dan berada pada kelompok usia dewasa (90,5%), dengan sebagian besar memiliki status gizi IMT normal (60,3%). Dari 63 pasien TB-RO, ditemukan 257 kejadian DRP. Kategori DRPs terbanyak adalah interaksi obat sebesar 67,3%, diikuti oleh keluhan efek samping obat sebesar 21,4%, dan indikasi tanpa obat sebesar 11,3%. Kesimpulan: Kejadian DRP pada pasien TB-MDR masih cukup tinggi, terutama pada kategori interaksi obat.
