LICENSING POLICY
Licensing Policy
1. Article License
Articles published under this policy are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) from the date of publication. Copyright remains with the authors or the lawful rights holder.
2. Permitted Uses
The license permits copying, distribution, translation, adaptation, and building upon the material in various media, including for commercial purposes. Uses that comply with the license terms do not require additional permission.
3. Terms of Use
Users must provide appropriate attribution; retain the copyright, license, and disclaimer notices supplied; include a link to the source where practicable and a link to the license; and indicate any changes made, including retaining notices of previous changes.
Attribution must not imply that the authors or the journal endorse the user or the adapted material. Users must not impose legal or technological restrictions that prevent use of the material as permitted by the license.
4. Excluded Material
Third-party material not covered by the article license carries a specific notice. Use of such material is governed by the rights holder's permission or applicable legal exceptions.
This license does not automatically confer rights relating to trademarks, patents, privacy, or the use of an individual's identity. Other relevant rights must continue to be respected.
5. Applicability of the License
The license is irrevocable for users who comply with its terms. Breaches and reinstatement of usage rights are governed by the official CC BY 4.0 terms.
Previously published articles remain subject to their respective licenses. A new policy does not automatically replace the license of an article that has already been published.
6. Official Terms
This explanation is a summary. In the event of differences in interpretation, the official license terms prevail.
