UJI POTENSI BERBAGAI JENIS SUSU CAIR TERHADAP BAKTERI Escherichia coli
Abstract
The activity test of various types of liquid milk has been carried out as a product of metabolites of some latic acid bacteria. Which is dairy pasteurisation, sterile milk, fermented milk and bulk milk found in the market to the bacteria Escherichia coli. The purpose of the is to determine the potential of Lactobacillus sp as an alternative antibacterial to antibiotics. The test results showed that the samples of milk that gives the biggest bacteriocin activity against Escherichia coli was pasteurized milk, which has an inhibitory diameter of 26,06 mm according to the Ferraro standard.
